Please call between 12:30 and 13.00 to enquire about your test results on our dedicated results line which is 01628 825523. If you cannot phone between those two times, please leave your name and number at Reception and one of our nursing team will call you back.
Please note that our Reception Staff are not trained Clinicians. They can tell you the comment the Doctor has made against your result , but will not give out numerical details. If you wish to have further information, either call between 12.30 and 1pm Monday to Friday or ask Reception if you can have a call back.
Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.
It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.
If your test was requested by a hospital Clinician or a Doctor elsewhere, those test results may not necessarily be sent back to the Practice. In the first instance, please contact your Consultant for the result as they make take a while to come back to us.
